Melissa Toler is a writer, speaker and wellness coach. She spent 25 years on the diet rollercoaster: losing and gaining the same 20 pounds while hating her body and herself in the process.

In 2013, Melissa left her corporate job of 15 years to start her own coaching practice. Her non-diet, weight-neutral approach helps women break free from constant dieting so they can discover who they truly are. Her mission is to help women live incredible lives without having to change their bodies to do it.

On this episode, Melissa shares her inspiring journey to becoming an entrepreneur as well as her non-diet approach to wellness.
